1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or a fabric that differs significantly from the description or sample, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Custom Orders: Fabrics that have been custom-cut, tailored, or altered to your specifications.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.
- Color Variations: Slight color variations due to screen displays or dye batches. We recommend ordering a small amount before making a big purchase if color is critical.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@jizanly.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or incorrect item.
Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will guide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all original tags and labels. Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item after we receive the returned product. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
